I am a Wellness Visionary of all things growth and transformational, in ways greater than you can imagine. I am the Creatress of The Portal Costa Rica & Conscious 360 Movement, as well as an Activational Speaker, Liberator and Transformational Life Leader. I work globally with men and women, supporting all to embody freedom, love and possibility through a clear mindset and balanced lifestyle. For over 20 years, I have walked my own path of going deeper- in devoted partnership with God, whom I experience as the very evolution of human consciousness. I see the God-self within every client I meet, relating to each soul from their highest truth even as I meet them exactly where they are. My gift, and my joy, is mirroring people back to who they truly are, to who they are capable of becoming, and who they came here to be.

Born as a highly sensitive being into a traumatic childhood, I grew up feeling scared, unsafe, and unloved. I felt deep sadness, and didn’t know where to go or who to confide in to process my experiences. As a child, I mirrored many unhealthy behaviors such as unworthiness, victim mentality, and letting unstable emotions define my present moment. I grew up in the energy of survival, intuitively knowing I wanted to thrive, yet grasping for answers on how to heal my pain.

One day, when I was 25 years old, I became aware that I was always looking at the glass 1/2 empty, a negative mindset telling me that I was the only unlucky person being let down by the world. I started to question if these thoughts were truth, realizing that I did not want to live this way any longer. From that moment forward, I made a committed effort to learn how to come from a positive mindset, cultivate my own self-love, and to utilize the great spiritual teachers of our time to elevate my consciousness. It hasn’t always been easy, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I alchemize my life hardships, guided by Rumi's wisdom: "The wound is the place where the Light enters you," to empower all humans to free themselves, stand in their authentic truth, and live their best life!

Throughout my journey, I have been honored with numerous awards including Women That Soar, and has been featured across 30+ media outlets and on-air segments, including VOGUE, the Today Show, and E! News, among many others.
